Navigating through our society today can be overwhelming and confusing.
One of my big defining moments was deciding to recover from my eating disorder.
Going to culinary school was the best decision of my life.
Early on in my journey, I experienced joy, hope, and an expectant future, but unbeknownst to me, a silent darkness crept into my story.
During my recovery, I HATED the holidays. I found myself buried under anxiety and fear as I knew I would be surrounded by family, friends, and food.
