Navigating through our society today can be overwhelming and confusing.
One of my big defining moments was deciding to recover from my eating disorder.
Going to culinary school was the best decision of my life.
Early on in my journey, I experienced joy, hope, and an expectant future, but unbeknownst to me, a silent darkness crept into my story.
I want to give to others what I didn’t get, and what I would have wanted. If I can help, or inspire just one person, my heart will be filled.

I reminded myself to take it day by day and not look ahead in this journey, but be mindful of the present moment.
And while you’re in the process of growing and learning, make sure to express gratitude for what you DO have, be open to new experiences and trust that the universe is guiding you for a reason.
Ultimately, I hope to inspire people to rethink what a healthy lifestyle means to them and stay true to themselves in the process.
