I reminded myself to take it day by day and not look ahead in this journey, but be mindful of the present moment.
And while you’re in the process of growing and learning, make sure to express gratitude for what you DO have, be open to new experiences and trust that the universe is guiding you for a reason.
Ultimately, I hope to inspire people to rethink what a healthy lifestyle means to them and stay true to themselves in the process.
